How to add a default Visual Composer Template to a new page?
When you’re starting a new page, sometimes it’ll be a bit daunting because it’s just a blank space. We’re going to make up rows and columns and put a lot of content in. So, if want to have a bit of a head start and you’re not really sure how to layout the page, there’s a great little tool called Visual Composer Default Templates.
The following are the steps on how to use the Visual Composer Default Templates:
Click on the icon where it says templates
First, in order for the templates to show, you will need to click either of the buttons. These buttons are enclosed in a red box for emphasis.
Click on the Default Templates tab
Next, click the Default Items tab beside the My Templates tab.

After clicking the Default Templates tab, a list of all the default templates will be seen. Next, if you click on the About Section template, a template with 2 columns will be seen.
Click on the ‘+’ icon to use this template
If you want to use this template, click the ‘+’ icon.
Click on the pencil icon to edit the column
Lastly, if you want to start editing this template, you can hover your mouse to the selected division and a green option will appear. Click on the pencil icon to start editing.
That’s it. With this default templates from Visual Composer Default Templates, layouting your page will never be hard.
